The Beast of Ballyhoura

Yes we have all heard of this adventure race and some of us thought we might attempt it next year however I had an unexpected phone call from a guy called Cormac, a little more than a week before the race, in search of a chic for a team. His wife was unable to race as she had an injury and it was not looking good for him due to an injury and stitches. So after a lengthy chat he sold it to me and I was to meet the rest of the team on Sunday in Roundwood after the Beast of the East.
